I think this is my favorite childhood photo. I wonder what it was like to be a kid that little? Christmas this year is already winding down and I don’t feel attached to the holiday nearly as much as I usually do. It’s so sad to not be excited for a holiday I used to love so much. I think part of it is me getting older and another part of it is not wanting to go out and buy gifts that are totally crappy plastic pieces of junk that no one uses for very long (seriously, the toy aisle at Target, OHMAHGAW). I just want less in my life these days. I guess I’m posting this today, a little early, to remind myself how much I love this time of year. Think about it, the only reason we want snow and Winter is for Christmas so I should probably buck up and love this season now because once January 2nd is here, I’m going to be cursing these frigid temperatures and missing my favorite holiday cookies and lights.
Christmas, let’s try to reconcile our differences before you leave for another year.

Just watched my yearly dose of Love Actually. Natalie and the Prime Minister are my favorite story. Partly because I have a huge girl crush on the girl who plays Natalie. Is this why I wanted a red coat for so long? Yeah, yeah it is.

They have a list of “Decade Definers (page 60)” and one category is Pixar movies.
Changed our lives irrevocably: The Incredibles
You had to be there: Wall-E
Already forgotten about: Cars
Really VF? Up isn’t on there? I can excuse Up not being on there for Wall-E and I have a hard time believing any Pixar film would irrevocably change my life but if it could, The Incredibles would NOT be it.
